Meet and Greet Information:
Each Fan will be eligible for Meet & Greets for Bucky Covington. In order to obtain your meet and greet pass, you must follow the instructions below with the show in question in THE CALENDAR section.

You will need to submit that email at least one week prior to the date of the show to ensure your Meet & Greet Pass. Twenty-five (25) requests from fans will be met for each meet and greet.  Please be aware that Meet and Greet passes may not be available at every show due to venue restrictions that may apply. Once your request form has been received, you will be notified WITHIN 1-4 WEEKS of the requested show with details regarding where and when the Meet and Greet will take place. As a Fan you are eligible to participate in the Meet & Greet for the concert you have purchased tickets for

Rules and Guidelines
1. Each fan is responsible for purchasing their own admittance to the concert. You must have tickets to the show to go to the meet & greet. Meet & Greet passes do not give the fan any special privileges towards parking, merchandise, etc.
2. All fans are allowed  Meet & Greets. If you would like a friend/parent/spouse to attend the meet & greet with you, he or she will have to have to submit a separate meet & greet request.
3. Certain shows (private engagements, fairs, festivals, casinos) may not allow Meet & Greet opportunities.
4. You must bring a picture I. D. with you in order to gain access to the Meet & Greet.

HOW TO REQUEST A MEET & GREET

• Go to THE CALENDAR page of the website. Find the date of the concert you will be attending and email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it your request and be sure to include your name.
• Note your Special Needs or Requests. These include: a.) if you are under the age of 12  b.) you require special assistance such as a wheel chair.
• If you win a meet & greet, you will receive an email to see details of the meet and greet.
• Once your name has been added to the Meet and Greet list, your pass will be available at the will call window located at the venue box office at least an hour before the doors open. Some venues do not have will call offices; in this case, please visit the merchandise booth and pick up your pass. Depending on the location, most meet and greets are held before the show, so be sure to arrive early enough to pick up your pass.
• Be sure to pick up your pass no later than the time doors are scheduled to open.
• You will receive specific instructions with your pass indicating when and where to meet for the actual meet and greet.
• The meet and greet pass is for ONLY the winner. You cannot bring guests through the meet and greet line. In order to have someone come with you, they will have to have won a pass themselves.
• Please note the Bucky Covington Meet and Greets will generally be held 1 hour before show time, so plan ahead so you don't miss out!
